Christy Swearingen is the founder and principal of Swearingen Development Partners, which she established in 2022 to deliver large-scale, high-tech real estate projects worldwide. Drawing on leadership roles at Microsoft, EdgeConneX, Amazon, and Oracle, she brings deep expertise in real estate development, design, and construction management with a focus on mission-critical facilities including data centers, battery storage, manufacturing, and logistics.
Over the course of her career, Christy has led global teams, managed complex site development programs, and overseen P&L responsibility. She is known for building new teams, implementing scalable processes, and ensuring operational excellence through every phase of development. At Oracle, she served as Chief of Staff and Senior Principal, while at EdgeConneX she was Vice President of Global Site Development. Her work has consistently emphasized collaboration, governance, and risk awareness, creating environments that inspire productivity, creativity, and growth.
